Our Custom Order service allows you to create a one-of-a-kind Press-On Nail Set designed just for you. Whether it's inspired by a photo, a special occasion, or your own creativity, we'll work with you to create a personalized set that matches your vision.

How it works

Before placing your custom order, make sure you know your nail size. If you're unsure, we recommend purchasing our Sizing Kit  or Measure your nails first to ensure the perfect fit.

  1. Place your Custom Order.
  2. Select your preferred options before adding the product to your cart.
  3. After completing your purchase, send your inspiration photos and design details to:  nailsbylachiki@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Inspiration photo(s).
  • A brief description of your design idea.
  • Preferred colors (if applicable).
  • Any special requests or details you'd like us to include.

We'll carefully review your request and contact you if we need any additional information before we begin creating your custom Press-On set.

Processing Time

Since every set is handmade, custom orders require additional production time.

5–10 business days

Product Details

Sizing

Before placing your order, take a moment to confirm your nail size and selection. When in doubt between two sizes, we always recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

For a fully custom set, choose "custom" at checkout and include your measurements in the notes box using this format — Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky (e.g. 17mm, 15mm, 16mm, 12mm, 10mm). Ordering from your phone? No worries — just send us an email after checkout with your measurements and we'll take it from there.

Important Information

Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable to international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Colours shown may vary slightly from the physical product depending on your screen's display settings.

Orders of 1–3 sets include one application kit by default. If you'd like an extra kit included, for example if you're gifting a set, simply drop us a note at checkout or send a quick email and we'll be happy to add one.

As each set is entirely handcrafted, minor variations between pieces are a natural part of the process and add to their uniqueness.

Processing time — up to 14 days.

Every Glowpress set is hand-painted to order for a perfect fit. After you place your order, I prep, paint, package, and ship it, all done in-studio by me.
