Measuring
No sizing kit? No problem. Taking your own nail measurements at home is simple, quick, and just as accurate — all you need is a couple of everyday items.
Since nail sizes are recorded in millimetres, precision is key. Follow the steps below for the best fit possible.
How It Works
- Choose Method 1 (tape & ruler) or Method 2 (soft measuring tape) below.
- Note down each nail's measurement in millimetres — all ten fingers, both hands.
- Compare your measurements against the sizing chart to find your perfect set size.
Method 1: Tape & Ruler
What you'll need: clear tape, a fine-tip pen, and a millimetre ruler.
- Press a strip of tape across the widest point of your nail.
- Use the pen to mark the left and right edges of your nail bed directly on the tape.
- Carefully peel the tape off and lay it flat against your ruler. Record the measurement in millimetres.
- Repeat for every nail.
Method 2: Soft Measuring Tape
What you'll need: a flexible measuring tape.
- Lay the tape across the broadest part of your nail, from sidewall to sidewall.
- Note the measurement in millimetres where the nail meets the surrounding skin.
- Repeat for every nail.
